      Title: Herman Sourdough Croutons
 Categories: Breads, Herbs
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
    1/2    Loaf Herman Bread; in 1/3"
           Cubes
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 tb Olive Oil
      2 tb Chives; minced
      2 tb Garlic flavored oil
      2 tb Parsley; fine chopped
      3 tb Butter
 
  Melt butter w/ oils in large skillet. When butter stops
  "sputtering" add the garlic, herbs and salt; cook 1 min.
  Add bread cubes, tossing gently until all the butter is
  absorbed. On a baking sheet spread bread cubes in a
  single layer. Bake. Serve warm or at room temp. on your
  favorite salad.
  
  Cool completely before storing.
