To create a low carb pizza, do the following: Take 7 eggs and beat them. Add 7 cups of shredded mozzarella. Combine the 2 together. Add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of Oregano. Mix together. Spread into a lightly greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Add pizza sauce and toppings to taste. Bake another 15 minutes and serve.
