Subj : St. Timothy 20 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Mon Apr 05 2021 12:39:38 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Timothy's Lamb Stew Categories: Lamb/mutton, Potatoes, Vegetables, Herbs, Beef Yield: 10 Servings 14 1/2 oz Can beef broth 2 lb Lamb stew meat; in cubes 1 1/2 tb Chopped fresh parsley 1 ts Dried thyme Salt & pepper 2 lb Potatoes; peeled, sliced 1 1/2 lb Carrots, scraped, diced 1 md Onion; fine chopped 6 tb All-purpose flour 1/4 c Corn oil In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the beef broth, lamb, parsley, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir potatoes, carrots, and onion into the lamb mixture. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 90 minutes, until all the vegetables are tender. In a small bowl, mix the flour and oil until smooth.
