MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Creamy Chicken & Penne
 Categories: Poultry, Dairy, Cheese, Vegetables, Pasta
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 lb Penne
      4 c  Broccoli flowerets
      1    Onion; sliced
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/2 lb Chicken; in 3" x 1" strips
    3/4 c  Sun-dried tomatoes in oil;
           - drained, chopped
      1 c  Heavy cream
    1/2 c  Chicken broth
      2 tb Balsamic vinegar
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    3/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
 
  Cook penne following package directions; stir in broccoli
  for last 2 minutes.
  
  Meanwhile, saute onion in olive oil in large skillet 6
  minutes, until softened. Add chicken; saute 4 minutes.
  Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth,
  balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper; simmer 4 minutes.
  
  Drain pasta and broccoli; toss with chicken mixture and
  Parmesan cheese.
