Put in sweet corn, chicken to boil for 1 minute more. While the soup is boiling hot, pour SLOWLY and GENTLY the egg white into the soup so that threads are formed. Dissolve starch in 1/4 cup of water. Add to the soup, stir well and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
