      Title: Keith Urban's Impossible Quiche
 Categories: Dairy, Cheese, Pork, Herbs
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      4 lg Eggs
      2 c  Whole milk
    3/4 c  All-purpose flour
  2 1/2 tb Butter
      3 sl Cooked bacon
      1 sm Onion
    1/2 c  Grated mild Cheddar or
           - Emmenthaler cheese
    1/2 c  Unprocessed bran
      1 ts Dried basil
      1 ts (ea) Salt & pepper
 
  Set oven @ 325ºF/165ºC.
  
  Grease 9 1/2" deep-dish glass or ceramic pie plate.
  
  In large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat eggs,
  milk, flour, and butter 1 minute or until well blended.
  Add bacon, onion, Cheddar, bran, basil, salt, and black
  pepper. Beat 1 minute longer or until well combined.
  Pour mixture into prepared pie plate.
  
  Bake 1 hour or until eggs are set and toothpick inserted
  in center comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack 15
  minutes before serving.
