      Title: Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
 Categories: Cookies, Snacks, Chocolate, Grains, Nuts
      Yield: 5 Dozen
 
      1 c  Butter; softened
      1 c  Brown sugar
      1 c  Granulated sugar
      2 lg Eggs
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 c  All-purpose flour
  2 1/2 c  Oats; grind until powdered
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Baking powder
     12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
      4 oz Hershey Bar; melted
  1 1/2 c  Chopped nuts
 
  Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.
  
  Place oats in blender or food processor and pulse until
  they're a powdery form,
  
  Cream butter, and sugars together until creamy. About
  20-30 seconds.
  
  Add eggs one at a time and blend.
  
  Add vanilla.
  
  In a separate bowl mix: flour, salt, powdered oats,
  baking soda and baking powder.
  
  Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing after
  each addition.
  
  Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix.
  
  Melt Hershey's bars and slowly pour mixture into cookie
  dough and mix.
  
  Form dough into balls and place on an uncreased cookie
  sheet, two inches apart.
  
  Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  
  Allow to rest on cookie sheet for a minute and then cool
  on wire rack.
