      Title: Urban Rajah's Date & Tamarind Chutney

      Yield: 10 Servings
 
    150 ml Water
    250 g  Pitted dates
      1 ts Sugar
           Juice of half a lemon
        ds Red chile powder
      2 ts Tamarind concentrate
 
  In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend well,
  until smooth.
  
  SERVING: Serve with dal.
