      Title: Urban Accents Crispy Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Herbs, Breads
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Boned, skinned chicken
           - breasts
      2 tb Urban Accents Roma
           - seasoning
    1/4 c  Bread crumbs
           Olive oil spray
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and Roma.
  
  Spray chicken with olive oil and then coat chicken with
  the bread crumb mixture.
  
  Place coated breasts in shallow baking pan. Bake for
  25-35 min or until juices run clear.
  
  Thin slice on the diagonal and serve on a bed of lighly
  dressed greens.
