MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Hilary Hughes Santa Hat Brownies
 Categories: Cookies, Chocolate, Nuts, Dairy, Fruits
      Yield: 11 Servings
 
    400 g  Caster sugar
    225 g  Butter; melted
     60 g  Cocoa powder
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      4 lg Eggs
    225 g  Plain flour
    1/2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
     60 g  Chopped nuts; walnuts, etc
           Fresh strawberries; hulled
           Whipped cream
 
  Mix all ingredients in the order laid out above.
  
  Bake @ 180ºC/360ºF for 20 - 25 minutes in a rectangular
  greased baking tin.
  
  Cool, and slice into equal square portions. Before
  Serving add fresh strawberries turned upside down on
  freshly whipped cream and add another bit to the top
  of the strawberry.
  
  Serves: 10-12
