      Title: Uncle Guido's Mashed Potatoes
 Categories: Five, Potatoes, Dairy, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 lb Russet potato
      1 lb Red potato
           Buttermilk
           Whipping cream
      6 cl Garlic
 
  Add salt and barely cover potatoes with water and gently
  boil until soft
  
  Simmer dairy and garlic until garlic is soft
  
  Useing a ricer or masher mash the potatoes until no
  lumps remain
  
  Use 1/4 cup dairy to each pound potato and whip the
  potatoes until smooth and creamy.
