Subj : St. Guido 13 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Tue Mar 30 2021 14:55:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Spanish Pork Burger El Guido Categories: Pork, Herbs, Mushrooms, Cheese Yield: 2 Servings 500 g Free range pork mince 1 lg Egg 1 tb Chopped thyme plus a few - sprigs 1 ts Salt 1 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Smoked paprika 1 ts Cornflour 4 lg Brown mushroom caps 1 tb Butter 1/4 c Grated manchego cheese 1/2 Avocado Handful baby spinach Mix mince, salt, pepper, egg, cornflour, thyme and paprika together. Form into 4 patties Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Add mushrooms to a pan on medium heat with butter and a few sprigs thyme. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. Set oven @ 360ºF/182ºC. Remove mushrooms from heat and preheat griddle pan on high. Lightly oil your room temperature patties and grill, turning every 40 seconds for 5 minutes. Pop in the pan with the mushrooms, top them with cheese and stick in the oven for 7 minutes. Build your burger on a mushroom bun and serve with saffron yoghurt slaw.
