MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Gladys's Creamed Corn
 Categories: Vegetables, Dairy, Cheese
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
     20 oz Frozen corn
      8 oz Whipping cream
      8 oz Half & half
      1 tb (ea) white pepper & salt
      4 tb Butter; melted
      4 tb Flour
           Parmesan cheese
 
  Bring all ingredients except flour, butter and parmesan
  cheese to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flour and butter
  to the mixture and stir to thicken. If not the right
  consistency, add more flour and butter and stir to
  blend. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with
  Parmesan (to taste). bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a
  350ºF/175ºC oven.
