      Title: Castor River Rice - Risotto Style
 Categories: Rice, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 3 servings
 
      1 sm Onion
      1 md Leek
      1 tb Chopped garlic
      1 tb Olive oil
      1 c  Castor River Farms long
           - grain brown rice
      2 c  Chicken stock
      1 c  Diced tomatoes
      1 tb Butter
      1 tb Fresh Parmesan
 
  Sautee onion, leek, chopped garlic, and olive oil until
  onions are translucent. In rice cooker, add 1 cup brown
  rice, chicken stock, diced tomatoes, and salt and pepper
  to taste. Let cook until rice is al dente, add butter
  and fresh parmesan after rice reaches desired texture.
  
  Optional: add a pinch of chile flakes for some extra
  kick.
