      5 lg Delicious apples; fine
           - chopped (8 cups)
      1 c  Chopped walnuts
      3 tb Kosher sweet wine
      5 tb Sugar
      1 tb Cinnamon
 
  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to
  combine well. Refrigerate and serve chilled, in small
