      Title: Harriet's Pan Fried Salmon

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Harriet's Zesty Cilantro
           - Dressing
      1 lb Wild Alaskan salmon fillets
 
  Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  
  Add cilantro dressing to the skillet and salmon
  fillets.
  
  Pan-fry the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side (until
  the fish flakes easily).
