MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Summer Strawberry Salad
 Categories: Salads, Fruits, Greens, Nuts
      Yield: 7 Servings
 
      6 c  Chopped romaine lettuce
      3 c  Sliced fresh strawberries
      2 c  Cubed fresh pineapple
      1    Banana; sliced
    1/4 c  Water
    1/4 c  Cream of coconut
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb Yellow mustard
    1/2 ts Ground ginger
    1/4 c  Sliced almonds; toasted
 
  In a very large bowl toss together romaine, strawberries,
  pineapple, and banana. If desired, cover and refrigerate
  for up to 1 hour.
  
  For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together water, cream
  of coconut, lemon juice, mustard, and ginger. If desired,
  cover and refrigerate. To serve, toss greens mixture with
  dressing to coat. Sprinkle with almonds.
  
  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
