MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Skewers
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Pork, Chilies, Citrus
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Chilli sauce
    1/4 ts Tabasco; more to taste
      2 ts Lemon juice
      1 lb Extra-large shrimp; cleaned,
           - tails on
      9 oz Andouille sausage links; in
           - 1/2" pieces
 
  Mix together chilli sauce, Tabasco and lemon juice; set
  aside. wrap each shrimp around a piece of sausage, then
  thread 3 shrimp onto each skewer.
  
  Grill over medium-high heat until shrimp is pink and
  opaque, about 4 min, brushing with the chili sauce mixture
  during the last minute of cooking. Serve skewers with
  remaining sauce.
