      Title: St. Nicholas' Day Carp
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Vegetables, Rice
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
  1 1/2 kg Carp (3.3 lb)
    100 ml Oil
      3 tb + 1 ts rice (50 g)
    300 g  Onions (5 - 6)
     10 g  Pepper
           Salt
 
  Saute the chopped onions in oil with a little water,
  until soft. Add the rice and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  
  Season the stuffing mix with paprika, pour in some hot
  water, salt and pour it into a baking dish.
  
  Put the pre-cleaned and washed carp in the middle. Put
  the dish in to be baked in a moderately hot oven until
  ready.
