      Title: Julian's Festive Tuna Salad
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Beans, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
     20 oz (4 cans) tuna in olive oil
      1    Red onion; diced
      1    Orange bell pepper; diced
      1    Red bell pepper; diced
     15 oz Can black beans; drained
      4 oz Can chopped green chilies
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise (opt)
      2 ts Ground cumin
           Salt & pepper
    1/4 c  Chopped fresh cilantro
           - (opt)
           Spicy salsa verde (opt)
 
  In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, red onion, orange bell
  pepper, red bell pepper, black beans, canned chile
  peppers; mix in mayonnaise if desired. Season with cumin
  and salt and pepper; mix in cilantro, and salsa verde if
  desired.
