      Title: Chicken Louise
 Categories: Poultry, Soups, Mushrooms, Wine, Dairy
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      8    Boned skinned chicken breast
           - halves or thighs
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup
      1 pt Half & half
      1 c  Dry vermouth (added slowly)
      8 oz Can sliced mushrooms
           Paprika
 
  Place chicken (sprinkled with salt and pepper and not
  touching) in a greased dish or pan. Pour mixture of
  soups, half & half and vermouth over chicken. Top with
  mushrooms and paprika. Bake uncovered @ 350ºF/175ºC
  for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
  
  Serves 8.
