      Title: Sauteed Baja Fish
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Chilies, Herbs, Citrus
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2    6 (oz ea) white fish filets
  1 1/2 tb Olive oil
    1/2 ts Ground chile
      1    Lime; in wedges
           Snipped fresh cilantro
 
  Lightly rub filets with 1 tbs. olive oil and season with
  chile powder. Rub remaining 1/2 tbs. oil in a heavy
  skillet.
  
  Heat skillet to high heat. Saute filets for 3 minutes per
  side, or until fish just flakes easily with a fork.
