      Title: Matilda's Mini Pizzas
 Categories: Five, Breads, Beef, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings

 16 1/3 oz Tube Pillsbury Grands! Flaky
           - Layers biscuits
      1 c  Pizza sauce
      2 c  Shredded mozzarella
  3 1/2 oz Sliced pepperoni

  Press each biscuit into 6" round. Place on 2 large
  or 3 small greased cookie sheets. Top each round with
  pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.

  Bake at 375+|F/190+|C 10 to 15 minutes or until bottoms
  are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
