      Title: Waffle Tacos
 Categories: Breads, Dairy, Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Waffles; heated
      1 c  Cooked taco meat, fajita
           - beef or shredded chicken
    1/2 c  Shredded iceberg lettuce
     12    Cherry tomatoes
    1/4 c  Sour cream
    1/4 c  Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky
           - salsa
    1/4 c  Shredded sharp Cheddar
           Old El Paso chopped green
           - chilies; garnish
 
  Top warm waffles with taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, sour
  cream, salsa, and cheese. Use Old El Paso chopped green
  chilies as a garnish .
  
  Serve immediately and enjoy!
  
  TIPS: Top your Waffle Tacos with your favorite ranch
  dressing for some extra creamy goodness! Make it a meal!
  After you've enjoyed your taco waffles, spoon a scoop of
  ice cream between two waffles to make a homemade ice cream
