      Title: Dominic's Pasta House Italian Salad Dressing
 Categories: Herbs, Chilies, Cheese, Citrus
      Yield: 1 1/2 cups
 
    1/2 c  White wine vinegar
    1/3 c  Water
    1/3 c  Oil
    1/4 c  Corn syrup
      2 tb Grated Romano cheese
      2 tb Dry pectin
      1 tb Salt
      1 ts Lemon juice
    1/2 ts Minced garlic
    1/4 ts Dried parsley
      1 pn Crushed red pepper flakes
      1 pn Dried oregano
 
  In a blender, combine the vinegar, water, oil, corn
  syrup, cheese, pectin, salt, lemon juice, garlic,
  parsley, red pepper flakes and oregano. Blend for 30
  seconds and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  
  Yields: 1 1/2 cups
