Add the pork, apples and onions. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours* or until the pork is cooked through. * Or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Serve with a field greens salad tossed with toasted walnuts, blue cheese crumbles and red wine vinaigrette with Texas toast or garlic bread.
