      Title: Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate
 Categories: Beverages, Dairy, Chocolate
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      3 c  Milk
     14 oz Can unsweetened coconut
           - milk
    2/3 c  Sweetened condensed milk
      2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 ts Vanilla
           Sweetened whipped cream
           - (opt)
    1/4 c  Chocolate shavings (opt)
 
  In medium saucepan combine milk, coconut milk, and
  sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a simmer over
  medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Whisk in cocoa
  powder until well-combined.
  
  Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve in mugs topped
  with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  
  Makes 5 (1-cup) servings.
