      Title: Creamy Meatball Casserole
 Categories: Meatballs, Vegetables, Soups, Dairy, Potatoes
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom or
           - cream of onion soup
      1 c  Milk
    1/2 c  Sour cream
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Ground black pepper
     20 oz Pkg refrigerated red-skinned
           - potato wedges
     16 oz Pkg (32) frozen cooked
           - meatballs
     16 oz Pkg frozen stir-fry
           - vegetables
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and
  pepper. Stir in potatoes, meatballs, and frozen
  vegetables.
  
  Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3-quart rectangular
  baking dish. Bake, covered, about 1 hour or until heated
  through.
  
  Makes 6 servings.
