      Title: Leftover Luigi's

      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      8 oz Bolognaise sauce;
           - refrigerated over-night
      2    Soft floured buns; lightly
           - toasted
      4 oz Cheddar cheese; fine grated
        pn Paprika
 
  The Bolognaise sauce is saved to a small bowl (one
  serving ladle) following a main meal.
  
  Reheat Bolognaise sauce in a microwave cooker, 2-4
  minutes depending on power rating. Stir and continue
  after 1 minute. Stand to finish after confirming it is
  reheated.
  
  Cut the bread buns in half and toast, spread Bolognaise
  sauce to cover the bun halves and top with grated
  cheese. Place under a medium grill until cheese has
  melted.
  
  Makes a quick, tasty snack.
