      Title: Chimichurri
 Categories: Sauces, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Packed fresh parsley
      1 ts Chopped garlic
      5 ts Distilled white vinegar
      2 ts Extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Ground chipotle or cayenne
 
  Chop parsley and garlic together on a cutting board until
  the parsley is finely minced.
  
  Transfer to a medium bowl, add vinegar, oil, salt and
  ground chipotle or cayenne; stir to combine.
