Subj : St. Conrad 14 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Thu Feb 18 2021 17:20:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Conrad's Ginger Pork Stir-Fry Categories: Pork, Herbs, Chilies, Vegetables, Rice Yield: 4 Servings 2 tb Cornstarch 1 c Beef broth 3 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Sugar 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper flakes 1 lb Pork tenderloin; in 2" - strips 2 tb Oil; divided 16 oz Bag sugar snap stir-fry - vegetable blend; thawed Hot cooked rice Minced fresh cilantro; opt In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic powder and pepper flakes; set aside. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon oil until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Stir broth mixture and add to the vegetables. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
