MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Carolyn Conrad's Hong Kong Casserole
 Categories: Vegetables, Soups, Nuts, Citrus, Seafood
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
 10 3/4 oz Can mushroom soup
  6 1/2 oz Can tuna
  8 1/4 oz Can Mandarin oranges
    1/2 c  Chow mein noodles
      1 c  Sliced celery
    1/2 c  Unsalted cashews
    1/4 c  Water
    1/4 c  Chopped onion
        ds Pepper
 
  Toss all ingredients together, except oranges, and place
  in casserole dish.
  
  Sprinkle top with more noodles - these stay crispy.
  
  Bake for 30 minutes @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Before serving, decorate with oranges.
