      Title: Robert Conrad's Infamous Hangover Eggs
 Categories: Five, Breads, Eggs, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4 lg Eggs
      4 sl Beefsteak tomato
      4    English muffins; split,
           - toasted
 
  Break eggs one at a time into saucer then slide into
  sizzling butter in frying pan.
  
  Cook eggs without breaking yolks until the bottom begins
  to set. Add salt and pepper and scant teaspoon water and
  put on lid.
  
  Cover tightly until eggs cooked to preferred state of
  done-ness.
  
  Toast a muffin.
  
  Add slices of beefsteak tomato.
  
  Pop eggs on top and scoff.
