      Title: Grapefruit-Crab Cocktail
 Categories: Appetisers, Seafood, Citrus, Chilies
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      1 c  Canned crab meat; chilled,
           - drained
      1 tb Lemon juice
     16 oz Can grapefruit segments;
           - chilled, drained
           Lettuce leaves for serving

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Catsup
      1 tb Lemon juice
           Tabasco or other hot sauce
 
  Flake and pick over crab meat. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  Alternate grapefruit and crab in lettuce-lined cocktail
  glasses.
  
  Combine sauce ingredients well. Chill. Pour over.
  
  Makes 8 servings
