MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Grandma Gilbert's Raspberry Salad
 Categories: Fruits, Dairy
      Yield: 11 Servings
 
      3 c  Hot water
      9 oz (3 boxes) raspberry jello
      2 c  Applesauce
     20 oz (2 boxes) frozen raspberries
           - in syrup; thawed
      3 c  Mini-marshmallows
      1 c  Sour cream
      1 c  Whipped topping' thawed
 
  Mix hot water and pkgs of jello (1 at a time) In 9" x
  13" pan
  
  Add apple sauce and raspberries and mix well. Place in
  fridge overnite. Before bed, mix together sour cream and
  marshmallows and cover with plastic wrap and leave ON
  COUNTER overnite.
  
  Next morning, mix marshmallows and sour cream with mixer
  til creamy. Mix in 1 cup whip cream and spread on top of
  jello. cut into squares and serve each on iceberg
  lettuce leaf.
  
  Serves: 10-12
