MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Valentine Crunch
 Categories: Five, Candy
      Yield: 1 Servings

      1 lb Red candy coating
      3 c  Crispy rice cereal; crushed

  Melt the candy coating in a double boiler or over very
  low heat, just until melted; do not overheat. Stir in the
  cereal and stir to completely coat the cereal with the
  candy coating. Spread the mixture on a waxed paper-lined
  tray. Cool to set.

  Break into pieces for serving or gift giving. Makes 1 1/2
  pounds.

  MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Melt the candy coating in a 2 quart
  microwave-safe measurer on 100 percent power for 1 to 3
  minutes, stirring every 30 seconds; do not overheat.
  Proceed as above.
