      Title: Valentine's Day Potato Salad
 Categories: Potatoes, Fruits, Sauces, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings

      5    Red Rose potatoes; boiled,
           - diced, skins on
      5 lg Eggs; hard cooked, peeled,
           - sliced
      1 lg Apple; diced
      1 c  Mayonnaise; as needed
    1/4 c  Onion; chopped
    1/4 c  Sweet relish; w/juice
    1/4 c  Spicy mustard
      1 tb Dill
           Salt & Pepper

  Combine all ingredients, folding together gently. Serve
  chilled.
