      Title: Absalom's Retreat

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
      1 oz Irish whiskey
      2 ds Old fashion bitters or
           - Angostura
    1/4 oz Honey syrup
 
  In a mixing glass with ice, add Chartreuse and Irish
  whiskey. Dash in a few drops of the Old Fashion bitters
  (or Angostura) if you don’t. Sweeten with honey syrup:
  That’s honey cut one-to-one with hot water, so that it
  mixes into the drink. (Agave syrup, also cut one-to-one,
  would work well here, too.)
