      Title: Hard-Shell Chicken & Kiwi Tacos
 Categories: Poultry, Breads, Citrus, Fruits, Cheese
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      3    Kiwifruits; peeled and
           - chopped
      1 sm Tomato; chopped
      1 tb Fresh lemon or lime juice
  2 1/2 c  Tyson Grilled & Ready
           - Refrigerated Southwestern
           - Chicken Breast Strips, cut
           - into bite-size pieces
      6    Taco shells
      1 c  Shredded romaine or iceberg
           - lettuce
    1/2 c  Shredded Monterey Jack
           - cheese or Pepper Jack
           - cheese
 
  In a small bowl combine kiwi, tomato, and lemon juice; set
  aside.
  
  Prepare Grilled & Ready Southwestern Chicken Strips
  according to package directions.
  
  Prepare taco shells according to package directions.
  
  Arrange chicken pieces in taco shells. Top with romaine
  and cheese. Sprinkle with reserved kiwi mixture.
  
  Serving Suggestion: Serve with black beans and Spanish
