Subj : St. Alto 10 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Mon Feb 08 2021 16:57:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Palo Alto Chilli Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Chilies, Beans, Herbs Yield: 16 servings 2 lb Ground beef 1 lg Onion; chopped 4 Hot chilies; diced 1 lg Bell pepper; chopped 1 Red beell pepper; chopped 40 oz Can kidney beans; drained 40 oz Can pinto beans; drained 28 oz Can tomato sauce 28 oz Can diced tomatoes 2 tb Chilli spice mix 1 tb Ground cumin 1 tb Ground cayenne 250 ml Bottle Palo Alto Fire - Fighter Pepper Sauce Cook ground beef in large pot with onion, peppers, chili powder, cumin and cayenne, until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add remaining ingredients except Palo Alto Fire Fighter Pepper Sauce (note: do NOT drain, the spices infuse the oil/meat from the meat, which is the secret to good chili). Cook over medium heat until sauce just begins to bubble, add Palo Alto Fire Fighter Pepper Sauce, stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 to 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so).
