      Title: Alto Grande Mocha Cheesecake
 Categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Fruits, Cheese, Nuts
      Yield: 14 servings
 
    2/3 c  Butter
      3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c  Semi-sweet chocolate
  1 3/4 c  Sugar
      2 ts Vanilla
    1/4 c  Alto grande coffee
      3 lg Eggs
      1 c  All purpose flour
      1 c  Pecans

MMMMM---------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
      1 c  Crushed chocolate cookies
      3 ts Melted butter

MMMMM-------------------------CHEESECAKE------------------------------
     32 oz Cream cheese
      8 lg Eggs
      2 c  Melted semisweet chocolate
           - chips
      1 ts Lemon juice
      1 ts Vanilla extract
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Strained alto grande coffee

MMMMM----------------------RASPBERRY SAUCE---------------------------
      1    Bag raspberries
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Lemon juice
 
  Mix the sauce ingredients and cook until there is not
  much juice left. Take out of stove. Mix the crust
  ingredients and place in tray and compact until a base
  is created. Mix the cream cheese with eggs in the food
  processor until blended. Add the chocolate, strained
  coffee, lemon juice, vanilla and sugar and blend. Pour
  the mix on crust. Bake @ 300ºF/150ºC for an hour. Let
  cool, strip, decorate and serve with the raspberry
  sauce.
