      Title: "Schlutzer" Refined W/Speck Alto Adige Pgi Over Fresh Sal

      Yield: 4 servings
 
    250 g  Schlutzer pasta
    200 g  Various leaf salads
    150 g  Fine sliced Speck Alto Adige
           - Prosciutto
           Salt & pepper
           Vinegar
           Olive oil
 
  Spread the cooked Schlutzer on a plate with some olive
  oil and let it cool and wrap with slices of Speck Alto
  Adige PGI. Cook with some olive oil in a pan and prepare
  over salad.
