      Title: Greek Chicken w/Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce
 Categories: Poultry, Squash, Sauces, Dairy, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      6 oz Carton plain yogurt
      1 sm Cucumber; seeded, chopped
      2 cl Garlic; minced
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Fresh ground pepper
      4    Grilled chicken breast
           - filets
      1 tb Vegetable oil
      2 ts Greek seasoning
           Crumbled herb-flavored feta
           - cheese
 
  For sauce, in a medium bowl combine yogurt, cucumber,
  garlic, salt, and pepper; cover and chill until time to
  serve.
  
  Brush chicken breast filets with oil and sprinkle with
  Greek seasoning. Prepare in microwave according to package
  Serve chicken with Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce. If desired,
  sprinkle each serving with feta cheese.
