      Title: Colette's Honey Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Curry
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Butter
    1/2 c  Honey
      1 ts Curry powder
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Dijon mustard
      2    Chicken breasts; halved
 
  Combine butter, honey, curry, salt, and mustard in deep
  casserole dish. Place in 350ºF/175ºC oven until melted.
  Remove from oven, coat chicken breasts thoroughly in
  this mixture and return to oven. Bake for 30 - 35 min.
  or until golden brown, basting occasionally.
  
  Makes 4 servings
