Subj : BH&G 1705 To : ALL From : DAVE DRUM Date : Wed Feb 03 2021 15:44:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cajun Stuffed Chicken Breast Categories: Poultry, Cajun, Seafood, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Ranch Dressing 2 tb Tony Chachere's Cajun - seasoning 1 ts Garlic powder 4 Boneless chicken breasts; - butterflied, pounded 1/2" - thick 20 Jumbo shrimp; peeled, - deveined, coarse chopped 1 Shallot; peeled, minced 1 lg Egg; lightly beaten In a small bowl, combine the dressing with the Cajun seasoning. Brush the chicken evenly with the dressing mixture. In a small bowl, mix the shrimp, shallot, and egg. Lay the chicken flat on a clean surface. Divide the shrimp mixture evenly down the center of each chicken breast. Roll each chicken breast and fasten with a toothpick. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with the garlic powder and chill covered for 1 hour. Preheat the grill. Grill the chicken over hot coals for 10 minutes.
