      Title: Kenny Gilbert's Multipurpose Florida Bbq Sauce
 Categories: Sauces, Citrus. chi, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c  Fresh orange juice
    1/4 c  Orange marmalade
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      2    Scallions; thin sliced
      2 ts Crushed red pepper
           Salt & black pepper
 
  Whisk all of the ingredients with a 1/2 cup of water and
  season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until
  ready to serve. Bring to room temperature before using.
  
  Makes 4 cups
