      Title: Creamy Blueberry Coconut Ricotta Bowl

      Yield: 1 Serving
 
    1/4 c  Whole milk ricotta cheese
      1 tb Coconut milk
      1 tb Honey; to taste
      1 tb Slivered almonds
      1 tb Sweetened flaked coconut
    1/2 c  Blueberries
 
  Combine ricotta cheese and coconut milk in a bowl. Drizzle
  on honey and sprinkle with almonds and coconut. Top with
  blueberries.
