Persuade husband to filet fish. Do not remove scales. To bake your bonefish: Squeeze the juice of two Key limes over the filets. Dip in bread crumbs that have been mixed with 1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese for each filet. Do filets with butter. Broil until golden brown, with scales down.
