I don't think that is the case, the message is clearly to keep the echo going:

I have added the area to the elist as well as backbone.na so links shouldn't

I would love to, but I see nothing from recent except something from a zone 3
node...

I doubt digging trhough seen bys paths from 7+ year old messages is probably
valid nor is a zone 3 feed.
