They have no compelling ideas anymore.  The Democrat party is gone and replaced
by the Socialist party.

There only ideas are "we take your money so that we can live like kings while
you toil" and that doesn't sit well with anyone - even the Lefties.

But those were the days when the parties were unified on WHAT they wanted to
accomplish but differed on how to accomplish it.
